Return & Refund Policy

At Pankhsolutions, we take great care in maintaining product quality and inventory. Due to limited product availability and strict quality control, we currently do not offer any returns, refunds, or exchanges.

No Return / No Refund / No Exchange Policy

  • All purchases made on Pankhsolutions are final.

  • Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, refunded, replaced, or exchanged under any circumstances.

  • We request customers to review product details carefully before placing an order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We ensure that all products are inspected before dispatch. However, if you receive:

  • A damaged product, or

  • An incorrect item

You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery at itspankhsolutions@gmail.com with:

  • Clear images/videos of the product

  • Order ID and delivery details

We will review the issue internally.
This does not guarantee a refund or return, but we may offer a resolution at our sole discretion after verification.

No Exceptions

  • We do not accept returns for sale items, promotional items, or discounted products.

  • We do not issue refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection, or delayed delivery caused by logistics partners.

  • Gift cards, digital items, and customized products are non-refundable.
